MACHINE SHOP SERVICES

As soon as we determine what should go here we will get off our fat A$$ es and improve this page.

In the mean time we offer:

• General machine shop services including lathe work, milling, grinding, welding and a bunch of other stuff.
• Centerless grinding. We do a bunch of this. Have three centerless machines that like to grind smaller diameters. They especilally like .018 diameter to about 3/4 diameter with a maximum length of about 4 feet.
• Surface grinding. We have five surface grinders capable of holding tolerances of 0001/.0002. They are hungry and need work, Their maximum capacity is 12 x 24 inches.
  
• CNC lathe work. Bar machine up to 1-1/16 inch capacity. Chews up bars pretty fast-makes for reasonable quotes.
